Mythology
The Arrow, the third-smallest constellation. Variously identified as the arrow of Heracles, Apollo, or Eros. One of the original Ptolemaic constellations despite its small size.
Observing Highlights
Contains the globular cluster M71 and lies in a rich Milky Way field. Best seen in summer alongside nearby Vulpecula and Delphinus.
